The contents of the book are laid down in a textbook layout and are well organized. What I enjoyed about this book was how the important points were in bold text making it more prominent. I also liked that the author has provided online resources to help us improve our lives even after we finish reading the book. The author has stated her personal accounts which felt more real than simply reading the points and instructions. The little something that I dsliked about this book was that the author had stated the multi-vitamins which she is using or has used previously which I believe the readers should only take once they have their doctor’s approval.
So all in all, this book is a must read specially if you enjoy reading self-help books. I feel as a human being we must always work on ourselves and try to improve ourselves and if you agree with this then you ought to read ‘How to Be A Happy Muslim.’
