As the alarm bell rings you open your eyes. After a series of tossing and turning and social networking routine you sit up straight. Stretching yourself you head to the toilet. After cleaning up you stand in front of the cupboard deciding on your day's outfit and then once you wear it you stand in front of the mirror to groom yourself. Once done you gather your stuffs for college or work and leave home to begin your day's journey. But oops!! You forgot something that is vital to your body, BREAKFAST!
Each morning we spend ample of time to groom ourselves, to look good to others while forgetting to fulfill the requirement of our body. I consider this a lost blessing for two reasons. First, we are educated enough to know the importance of breakfast yet don't make any efforts to use this knowledge for our own benefit. Second, there are millions of people who wake up each morning to find no food on their table to satisfy their grumbling stomach. And here we are skipping the nutritious food lying on our tables and kitchen shelves and being so ungrateful to what we already have.
God has blessed us with so much to eat then how can we simply not utilize this blessing. How can we disrespect our body so much so as to not provide it with its needs?
For the people who don't feel like eating in the morning, here are a few tips that will help you eat in the morning without feeling sick:
